It’s here! although i’ve just returned from a holiday this long weekend is extremely welcome!
What i’ve got planned for this weekend:

Packed Veggie tofu stir fry: green, red, yellow peppers mixed with sliced almonds with sriracha sauce
Made enough to have these twice each this week, haven’t though of what to make for my last lunch idea. maybe tacos! mmm

-cooked lentils, cut up cucumber and dressing is made for Caesar pitas. & yogurt packed in containers, less waste not buying the individual packages! Only lunch I need to make is black bean quesadilla tmro :) #yum #plannedfoodie #health
